Perfumes, flavours, nature. These are the keywords of a unique moment to discover the secrets that make the truffle the diamond of the kitchen. The Truffle Experience will start with a walk in the woods accompanied by an expert truffle hunter, his loyal four-legged companions and a guide, who will be able to convey all the passion and magic that characterize the truffle hunting. You will be able to descover the several types of truffle, the composition of the soil and the climatic conditions that give characteristics and taste to this delicious food, directly from the expert’s words and, if you will be lucky, you will admire how it is extracted from its earthen casket. The uniqueness of this moment goes on in our Bistrot, where a three-course Light Lunch awaits you, expertly prepared by our chef, with dishes based on truffles.
Available ONLY UPON RESERVATION in the following period (except holidays):

The cost is divided as follows:
- € 180 for 2 people, for walking and hunting (with direct payment to the guide)
- € 160 for 2 people, for the Light Lunch
