Grapes: 60 q / ha – Wine: 45 hl / ha

VINIFICATION

Whole grapes processed directly in the press with a maximum yield of 35%.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 °C and subsequent short èlevage on the fine lees. Manual remuage and mechanical disgorgement à la glace.

3/6 months starting from the draft
3 months in the bottle starting from degorgement

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Beautiful light pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. Delicate and pleasant in the nose, with fruity and floral notes. In the mouth is elegant, fragrant and harmonious, with a good minerality.

PRODUCER RECOMMENDATIONS

Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with appetizers, fried foods, crudités and served with fish dishes. To be served at 6-8°C.
