Vinification
Light pressing of grapes, contact with the skins for 12-18 hours at a controlled temperature. Separation of the must and cold decanting for cleaning. Alcoholic fermentation at a maximum temperature of 16° C. in stainless steel tanks, using varietal and aromatic yeasts.

Two months in bottles
Organoleptic characteristics
A pale-yellow color with hints of green.
Delicate and pleasant, with notes of fresh fruit and white flowers.
The flavor is refreshing, fragrant and delicate, yet persistent, with a marked acidity and minerality.
Producer recommendations
Perfect for an aperitif, together with light starters, fish and white meat.
To be served at 10-12°C.
