Oil mill
Like our grapevines, our olive trees are grown exclusively according to the principles of organic farming to guarantee the conservation of the soil characteristics and the natural balance and biodiversity of the surrounding environment. Our olive grove is fertilized exclusively with natural products and enriched by means of grassing, while the harvest is strictly performed manually to guarantee the integrity of the olives, which are swiftly transferred to the brand new oil mill, next to the olive grove, where they are then cold-pressed.

The fruit of a blend of the traditional Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio varieties, the Altarocca Oil Mill certified organic extra virgin olive oil is delicately scented, with an extremely low level of acidity and an elevated concentration of polyphenols that result in its characteristic longevity and relevant antioxidant properties. -
