Light Lunch with a selection of four Cantina Altarocca Organic Wines
2 hours | €180 per person
Two hours lesson dedicated to the preparation of two types of fresh pasta: the classic tagliatelle and Umbrichelli, the flagship of the green heart of Italy. The Altarocca cook&taste class will lead you to the discovery of an almost forgotten art.
Each participant will have his own personal desk, equipped with apron, pastry board, rolling pin and all the necessary ingredients for the preparation. Thanks to the expert and fun guide of our Chef, you will be protagonists of an experience that will awaken your childhood memories and create new ones.
After you have literally put your hands in the dough, you will be accompanied to the Bistrot for a light lunch, where it will be appetizing to taste the dishes prepared during class. All accompanied by a selection of organic wines from Cantina Altarocca.
